PRICING STRUCTURE
FOR SPEC & TRACT HOME BUILDERS
Model Homes: Discounts on furniture and accessories will range from 25% to free, depending on the size of the community and the number of units sold. We will provide delivery, setup, on-site signage promoting our products and services, as well as VIP certificates for new homeowners.
Spec Homes Being Staged for Sale: Discounts will range from 20% to 50%, influenced by the size, location, and selling price of the home. On-site signage and VIP certificates will also be provided.
FOR RENO & CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS
VIP Certificates can still be available to your clients.
The benefit of handing out our VIP certificate is that it showcases your partnership with
